I joined Custom Caregivers in April of this year and one of the first tasks I took on was to help revise the logo and tag line. These are part of a broader campaign to rebrand our company and to tell our story in a more clear way to those that need care.
After serious consideration, we decided to keep the essence of our logo, but to remove the “roof” that sat over our name. We felt that the roof had a strong “home only” message, but in fact, approximately half our clients live in a senior living community and we did not want to brand ourselves as a “home only” service provider. We provide services in all types of senior living communities (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, memory care centers, etc.) as well as clients’ homes and apartments. Additionally, we wanted to keep the stylized “o” in the shape of the heart in our name. This part of the logo does an exceptional job of describing the love that we bring to each and every client.
The new tag line, Share the Care, was an inspiration of my Partner and Chief Caregiver, David Stanley. The tag line has many meanings; to me and David, as well as our entire team, the most important meaning is our commitment to share our profits with aging seniors with a need for care, but without the financial resources to pay for the care. We look forward to sharing more details with you on our Share the Care philosophy in the coming weeks.
