Owner and Chief Caregiver
David Stanley acquired Custom Caregivers in 2011 and has managed it ever since. As Partner and Chief Caregiver, David is the originator of the Share the Care philosophy and customized approach to providing exceptional care to clients. The Share the Care approach is at the foundation of everything we do. He leads the company’s vision that customized care can be provided to our clients when, how and where they need it.

Co-Owner and Managing Director
Phil Migicovsky joined the Company as a Partner in April, 2017. Phil’s focus is to help grow the business without compromising quality. Phil is passionate about delivering unique, custom programs to our clients and he is working on several exciting programs to enhance and enrich the lives our clients and caregivers.

Carrie Reeder joined Custom Caregivers in February of 2010. Carrie was previously a Caregiver and is now the Caregiver Manager. She handles the caregiver/client matching, scheduling, hiring and training of the caregivers and keeping caregivers inspired and motivated to deliver exceptional, custom service to our clients.

Traci Lehmberg joined Custom Caregivers in April, 2017. Traci was previously a Lifestyles Coordinator with a retirement community in Fort Worth and is now District Manager for Custom Caregivers managing the greater Tarrant County area. Traci's career has led her to be extremely passionate about aging successfully to help live longer and enjoy a better quality of life. Traci focuses most of her time on creating and developing quality relationships with clients, caregivers and senior living communities.

Jeff Cyk joined the company in August 2016. He is responsible for marketing our services in the Dallas area. He brings his exceptional people skills and compassion for helping to the company and is exemplary in sharing our message to share the care.

Director of Compliance
Cindy Greenberg joined Custom Caregivers in March 2017, after working over a decade in a private Dallas-based medical practice as Office Supervisor and Patient Liaison. Cindy now serves as the Director of Compliance and Alternate Administrator for the company. Her passion and enthusiasm for her job matches the high level of attention to detail and client service that she brings to every situation.

Director of Accounting
Lori Gerard joined Custom Caregivers in December 2016 as its Director of Accounting. She cares for the company's books with the same level of attention to detail that is provided to our clients by our caregivers. While accounting can be accrual profession, she's happy to be able to "share the care" at Custom Caregivers.
