Custom Caregivers is a full service personal assistance company providing quality, in-home, non-medical care to the elderly, people with disabilities and others in need in Dallas, Tarrant, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman and Navarro counties. Our mission is to prolong independence and enhance quality of life by providing companionship and aiding in tasks of daily living for those who are unable to manage these tasks alone.Who We Are
Custom Caregivers is locally owned and operated by David Stanley. David and the Stanley Family have been instrumental in the development of the Dallas/Ft.Worth area Medical and Healthcare Industry since the early 1950’s. Caregiving is a natural progression from the Stanley’s roots in serving physicians and patients. Renee and Paul Stanley, David’s parents, led the way. Dr. Renee Stanley has a PhD in marriage and family counseling and specialized in assisting Alzheimers patients and their families to cope with the stress of dementia. She currently uses her expertise to advise the Custom Caregivers team in developing effective care plans for all of our valued clients. Paul set the standard for customer service in the physician equipment in supply distribution business and is still remembered for his personal relationships with the doctors of DFW.
Custom is in our name. That means that we develop a unique care plan for each and every person. Care is not a cookie cutter effort. It takes the coordination of care between those in need of care, their family and our professional caregivers to ensure top quality, compassionate service. Custom Caregivers has developed a legacy of care over the past seven years. Each and every client receives an initial, no-charge assessment, which allows us to identify the client’s needs and to select the perfect caregiver to meet those needs.

Caregiver Manager - Vickie Allen
Vickie hires and manages all of our caregivers. It is her responsibility to make sure that background checks are in order and that credentials are up to date. She trains the caregivers and keeps them current on any new techniques and regulations. Vickie’s greatest asset to Custom Caregivers is her ability to match up our client’s needs with the best caregiver available.
Assistant Administrator – Rhonda Williams
Rhonda makes our internal operation work like clockwork. She makes sure that we are in compliance with all state regulations and that we maintain the quality of our service. Rhonda first worked for our company as a caregiver, so she understands the needs of clients.
